Shree Shreeshantadurga Devasthan Trust does not solicit or canvass for any offering. The Trust has its own fund, the corpus of which shall include all the amounts received by it by way of offering, gifts, including offerings deposited in Hundi and any income from any other source as per the provisions of laws of India.

It is hereby made clear, therefore all payments made through the on-line facility are accepted by Shree Shreeshantadurga Trust for making an allocation for rooms at the Agrashala. This online payment facility for room allocation is only for Mahajans / Kulavis of Shree Shantadurga Devi.

Devasthan Trust reserves the right to deny permission for room accomodation even after a successful payment transfer.

There are no refunds made from the Devashan Trust. Please make a note of the same.

The devotees have to read and understand the above and hereby agree to disclaim any right that may accrue to him as a consumer in an online transaction, in view of the special nature of these services.
